Preparing for the session

If you are here and are thinking about a newborn session, I would also like to draw your attention to pregnancy sessions. This is done between 32 and 34 weeks of pregnancy. Think about it, the worst thing is to regret later that you didn't do something. I am writing from my own experience

When? As a rule, I take newborn photographs up to the 14th day of your baby's life. It is good to make an appointment for the session before the birth.

Where? The session takes place in my studio, you will find the address in the contact. The studio is adapted to receive little ones. You will find in my studio a changing table, a place and a pillow for feeding. The studio is clean and very warm for the newborn session. The studio is big, the shooting part is separated by thermal curtains to guarantee the right warmth.

How to prepare for the session? When you come to me I will have enough time for you to feed and calm the baby. Calming is my task.

You should take with you (I encourage you even if the baby does not use it every day) a dummy and, of course, a supply of nappies and milk if it is not only breastfed. It is possible to heat it up on site. For your family session with your newborn, please prepare a top in both light and dark colours (classic white and black works very well).

I have lots of blankets, fabrics, clothes and backgrounds so you don't need to bring anything with you. Of course if you have such a wish you can propose something from yourself. I am happy to implement your ideas showing your life and passions.

How long the session takes? A standard session takes about 3 hours. This is the time that your little one may need for themselves to calm down, eat and change.

Safety. When taking pictures in baskets and positions without head support, the parent is always close by and guards the baby.
